Our By-Law Enforcement officer looks into written complaints they receive in the areas of Animal Control, Unsightly property, and Noise or Nuisance Issues. Please fill out By-Law Complaint form as a first step to the process in order of receipt.

Roads or Public Works Concerns please follow link below to our Citizen Issue/ Request to report a road concern or complaint. Upon receipt of public concerns, work orders are generated based on priority. report a concern

    Many pot holes in Clarkson Rd.

    I tried really hard at 20kph to avoid one of the over 20 potholes. Sadly I failed.

    Its dangerous. Please fix asap.


    Update: Counted over 50 pot holes on Clarkson Rd yesterday (23/June/24)

    Just looking for an update in regards to the "'missing side walk " in front of 20 A&B Durham St N, this goes back to 2017 when Bill Rutherford built these 2 new homes. Have asked numerous times for the past 3 yrs and still waiting.

    When will this be resolved ??

    All of Orchard drive is a right off, any plans to resurface in the future?
