This project has been in the process for multiple years and numerous unexpected delays and setbacks have been experienced. The staff at Town Hall would like to give an update on what has been accomplished to date and outline the next steps that are being taken to ensure the progress of the project.
Maybee Lane safety and repairs completed June 2022
Lower Tier of Promenade work started January 2023 -Landscaping rocks removed for safety
Immediate safety concerns of the promenade such as Stairs, Railings and Ramps are priority
Further public consultation will be brought forward in the near future if you would like to leave your ideas or suggestions for the lower area of the promenade or future ideas for the downtown core please do so in the link below.
